I Am Hope

I AM HOPE is the youth and community focused support group run by The Key to Life Charitable Trust.  Key To Life have been promoting positive attitudinal societal change in schools and communities up and down the country since 2012.

Gumboot Friday

For people struggling with depression, it can feel like walking through mud every day.  Gumboot Friday is a fun way for kiwis to join in the mental health conversation, while raising money to provide free and timely counselling for any young person in need.

The Nutters Club

Founded by Kiwi personality Mike King, The Nutters Club is a multimedia radio, TV and online mental health awareness, help and support service which began in 2009.  Listen to us live on Newstalk ZB every Sunday night at 11 pm!
